When you do this, a " Confirmation for subscribe stb-general" message will be sent with instructions you should follow. This is to prevent someone from subscribing you to this list without your consent. Once subscribed, a "Welcome" message will be sent to you.
 

If you change your email address:

If your email address changes, you will need to first unsubscribe using your old email address by sending a message to majordomo@lists.bnetmd.net. The body of the message should consist of the following two lines:

unsubscribe stb-general
end

You can then ‘resubscribe’ using your new email address, by following the directions above. Please call the office if you have any problems.
